            Delegate Shott moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

S. B. 465  - - “A BILL to amend and reenact §33-31-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §33-46A-9 of said code, all relating to allowing professional employer organizations to insure certain risks; permitting professional employer organizations to insure certain risks through a pure insurance captive; permitting professional employer organizations to sponsor health benefit plans for covered employees; requiring professional employer organizations to comply with captive insurance law if a benefit plan is not fully insured; and authorizing insurance commissioner to promulgate and adopt rules with respect to professional employer organizations sponsoring health benefit plans.”
